1. Shipping Methods

  1. Standard Delivery:
    • Delivered within 3 - 7 business days after order confirmation.
  2. Express Delivery:
    • Delivered within 1 - 2 business days for an additional fee.
  3. Local Pickup (Optional):
    • Customers can pick up their orders from our designated location during business hours.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of the package.
  • The delivery location.
  • The chosen shipping method.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to the following areas:

  • Island-wide delivery

For remote or outstation areas, delivery times may vary slightly.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3.00 PM will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment online.

6. Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. Accurate Information: Ensure that all delivery details (address, contact number, etc.) are accurate to avoid delays.
  2. Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
  3. Inspection: Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged or tampered with, contact us immediately.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within Sri Lanka.
